The other day during the Outbreak Event I took a screenshot of a "Level 300 Skeleton Mage", because I kept seeing it pop in and out of the game and I would like to know what it is and why is it there.

It is a crying shame when people are so wrapped up in themselves that they will not even allow lower level Characters to go in to the Cross Server Bosses (CSB(Fl.7&8)). These Overpowered Overbearing, Greedy, Power hungry people need to be stopped so that other characters in the game may be able to kill the CSB'S with minimal trouble. A little bantering back and forth between Servers is good, however, when you have 1 CSB area for EVERYONE Level 210 or higher you are asking for trouble, and that is exactly what is happening. ALL of the HIGH POWERED, HIGH LEVEL CHARACTERS FROM S1, S2 & S3 are going into the CSB area (Floor 8) and massacring ALL of the Low Level Players that are killing a boss, they kill us repeatedly then take our boss. If you truly want to call yourselves a FAIR and FUN Server, then actually make it fair and fun where someone like (S3)CherrySweet can't come into the server and just steal repeatedly after you have done all of the work to kill the boss. You should move the Level 220 or Higher into a New Cross Server for them ASAP please. Oh and on the fair note, fix the Area Chat in Cross Server so that we may speak to our enemies and tell them when we are just being nice and trying to help them kill their boss and not trying to steal it like many other greedy people. You seriously need a GM in every Server at all times. There are issues that a GM could quickly fix and save you a great deal of time and money on messages and forums. You also need to add a way for people to delete their characters if they so choose to do so. Make it possible for people to move their character one time for free to a different server and then any moves after that they will be charged for. Fix your hugely inaccurate Forbidden Word Filter. When you have people such as myself that are paying customers on your site and we complain that something has gone wrong with items not being received that we used those DIAMONDS that we paid VALUABLE DOLLARS to get and you tell us basically "Oh well, there is nothing we can do" or you give some lame excuse as to why the system may have done what it did, you will quickly start to lose those paying customers, due to the fact that they will feel like all you care about is getting their money and nothing else. I have written you a couple of times about items not being received that I purchased and did not receive or picked up after a Boss Fight and did not ever see in my inventory and instead of reimbursing me or replacing the items, I got excuses and ridiculous reasons for why the items disappeared. I know you can see my VIP level as well as how much I have spent and I expect results, not excuses or push back when there is an issue. I also want to mention that your Diamond system for paying for items is extremely expensive. You do not give out enough Diamonds when people pay into the game to be charging such extremely high amounts of Diamonds for items. You also need to create a way for players to swap Diamonds for Zirconia. There is not enough Zirconia rewarded daily for all of the daily things they are needed for and there are areas where you cannot use Diamonds in place of Zirconia or vice versa. There are times when I am playing that my cursor goes from an Arrow to a Skeleton hand and it is EXTREMELY difficult to click on anything when it does that and I end up having to either refresh the page or logout and login numerous times a day to make it go back to my normal Arrow cursor. I know this is a great deal of complaining and also suggestions, but I do hope that you will take it all into consideration and fix the major issues with your system.
